My TT sat for a long time... finally got it all put together and came to find out mi fuel pump is locked-up. no biggie......got a new one put in and is ready to go. I wanted to build fuel pressure so that I could "flush" the old fuel that's been sitting in the lines. I turned the ignition on but the pump only comes on for 2 to 3 seconds at a time. Now.... the lines are disconnected from the engine into a bucket, so that i can see the fuel come out. how do i get the pump to run constantly to flush the tank with the lines open? and isn't the pump supposed to stay on anyways? or do i have to actually crank the engine over (not an option right now) Help my Z people!!!!!
